Twiggy


This heron is just skin and bones, or bones and feathers, isn't he?  What a strange and wonderful variety of life there is on this little blue planet!

We used to call them quart birds due to the size of deposit they could leave on a boat :-)

Gerald, I used to have a peacock. He would perch on the hood of the truck - what a hood ornament! But the hood would become totally white after a few days. I wasn't sorry when he decided to move on. :)
